As the Vice President of Supply Chain, Mr. Darrow leads Paradigm Precision’s global supply chain team. He focuses the team on acquiring raw material, forgings/castings, outside processes, offload/outsourced machining services, outside special processing, low-cost sourcing, capital investments, and indirect services/material for the organization.
Prior to September 2014, Mr. Darrow was the Vice President of Program and Contract Management at Paradigm Precision. He was accountable for strategic customer relationships, support of acquisitions, post-acquisition integration of new subsidiaries, customer service, and contract management.
Mr. Darrow has 22 years of leadership experience in purchasing, logistics, operations, engineering, repair/overhaul, general management, facilities management, and business development. He has worked in industrial, defense, and aerospace segments for GE, Sargent (Dover Corp), and Rolls-Royce.
Initially in his career and after receiving his BS in Engineering from Clarkson University, he served in the US Army Corps of Engineers, as a commissioned officer with special operations training (Airborne and Ranger) in the 82nd Airborne and 2nd Infantry Divisions. As he has lived abroad in Republic of Korea, Indonesia, and China, he brings Paradigm Precision his global experiences, relationships, and cultural sensitivities.
