Our core capabilities include laser services, airflow measurement, thermal coatings, electrical discharge machining, precision machining and TCT BLAST™. 

Paradigm Precision adds value by leveraging the synergy between capital investments, engineering, low-cost manufacturing operations and modern manufacturing methods. Guided by seasoned leadership, the company's culture is focused on customer requirements and the principles of LEAN and Six Sigma operations. 

A Worldwide Presence
Paradigm Precision was established in 2011 and is a privately owned enterprise formed by the acquisition of Turbo Combustor Technology, Paradigm Precision Holdings, and Unison Engine Components (3 locations).

The Company operates on a global basis and is sponsored by the Carlyle Group and AeroEquity.

In January of 2013 Paradigm Precision was acquired by Dynamic Precision Group (http://www.gotodpg.com/), who previously acquired TurboCombustor Technology Inc. (http://www.tct-inc.com/). 

Combined, the companies have a total of eleven locations, spanning six countries, with more than 1,900 employees. The new Paradigm Precision headquarters is located in Stuart, Florida.
